Typical day schedule
9-9:15 dynamic warm up
9:15-11:30 train
11:30-12:45 lunch and lecture
12:45-1:15 dynamic warm up and hand eye coordination activities
1:15-3 train
Lunch will be provided but if you would prefer to bring a lunch you more than welcome
We will be having a mental skills lecture with a different topic being covered each day.
The day camp will put an even greater emphasis on technical precision, consistency and decision making in a functional environment.
We will use this week to immerse the goalkeeper into goalkeeping and resetting their standards for the rest of the summer

Our sessions begin with technique, add pressure and some decision making, continually challenging the goalkeeper until we end with match-like pressure where technical and decision making become crucial.
The topic schedule of the week will be as follows:
Monday/Tuesday

Shot stopping, Diving, Shot stopping with distribution
(Tuesday will build on Monday's information. We will into diving shape and movement patterns on Monday and expand into different dives on Tuesday as well as making it functional. It is recommended to register for a Monday and Tuesday in July)
Wednesday
- Crosses
Thursday
- Breakaways
We are going to a daily sign up for the summer to be more in line with our year round training philosophy. It is a mix of a camp feeling with a training scheduling. We still believe the bigger camp setting is very important for the social aspect, but want to offer a more training opportunities. We recommend that you make at least one of each days of training. For example pick a Monday Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday in any of the 3 weeks of training available plus you can add in any other days to supplement them.
***Friday will be a rain day make up for that week if a day needs to be canceled due to weather

July 8-9 The Sports Academy 9am-Noon
July 15-16 Rochester Soccer Complex 9am-Noon
Cost: $90
The Youth Camp is for younger goalkeepers that needs to become proficient in the technical side of goalkeeping. There will be a heavy concentration on technique in a challenging but fun environment. It is very important to ingrain the proper movement patterns that produce the technical saves.

You will receive a college showcase specific long sleeve training shirt with a unique number for identification

We will provide a player profile to each coach
We will video each session and make the video available to each college coach and goalkeeper in attendance
There will be 6 training groups with 6 goalkeepers per group
Each group will have 2 college coaches working with them.
You will rotate each hour to work with all 12 coaches throughout the day
There will also be coaches in attendance just recruiting
